ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan24) – Following the emergence of the Islamic State (IS) in northern Iraq, over three million people have been displaced in the country.
Children are one of the main victims who continue to suffer from a lack of security and instability in the country.
Dibaga is one of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camps in the Kurdistan Region where many Iraqis have settled.
The camp is located in Makhmour town, southwest of Erbil Province.
The camp was built at the beginning of 2015 by the Emirates Red Crescent which cost USD $10 million, consisting of approximately 1,000 units.
