'Peshmerga financial support important to US'

WASHINGTON, United States (Kurdistan24) – David Goldwyn says that the United States have to ensure that Kurdish Peshmerga forces receive financial support from Baghdad in the fight against the Islamic State (IS).

David L. Goldwyn is Chairman of the Global Energy Center's Advisory Group, a nonresident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council's Adrienne Arsht Latin America Center, and president of Goldwyn Global Strategies, LLC, an international energy advisory consultancy.
