Kurdistan Kurdistan Regions President Nechirvan Barzani Indian Ambassador to Iraq Prashant Pise

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – The Kurdistan Region’s President, Nechirvan Barzani welcomed the Ambassador of India to Iraq Prashant Pise at the Regional Presidency in Erbil the capital city of Kurdistan Region on Wednesday.

According to the reports, Kurdistan Region’s President, Barzani extended his Kurdistan’s gratitude to Mr. Pise for the efforts he made during his work in Iraq.

The Ambassador played his role through diplomatic sector to promote relations between his country, Iraq and Kurdistan Region.

The Kurdistan Region’s President also wished him the in his new assignment.

On his side, the Indian Ambassador expressed his gratefulness to Kurdistan Region’s President, Nechirvan Barzani for the support he received to succeed his duty,

Pise also reaffirmed his country's will to continue to promote relations, collaborations and cooperation in all aspects with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.

At the meeting, the attendees as well as the Consul General of India to Kurdistan Region, discussed the situation in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, Erbil-Baghdad relations and the Kurdistan parliamentary general elections.
