ERBIL (Kurdistan24) — On Friday, marking the 78th anniversary of its establishment, Masrour Barzani, Vice President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), reaffirmed the party's enduring legacy as a beacon of Kurdishness and patriotism.
In a message commemorating both the party's anniversary and the birthday of President Masoud Barzani, Masrour Barzani expressed his congratulations to the leadership, members, and supporters of the KDP.
"I extend my warmest congratulations to President Barzani and all KDP members, the families of the martyrs, the heroic peshmergas, the patriotic Kurdistanis, and supporters," VP Barzani stated in his message.
He highlighted the party's historical significance, noting that since its inception under the leadership of the late Mullah Mustafa Barzani, the KDP has served as a school of Kurdishness and a unifying force for all classes and communities in Kurdistan.
