PM Masrour Barzani attends Hope, Smile platform

The platform is with the title (Hope and Smile) which confers some of the activities and work have been done by the foundation to youngsters.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – The Prime Minister of Kurdistan Region’s Government will attend a platform that is arranged by the Barzani Charity Foundation, in Erbil on Sunday. 

The platform is with the title (Hope and Smile) which confers some of the activities and work have been done by the foundation to youngsters. 

According to the sources, 450 accommodations will be granted to martyrs’ families. 

The Barzani Charity Foundation is a non-governmental, non-political and non-profit organization, established in 2005 in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. 

Barzani Charity Foundation (BCS)’s motto is after the Late Barzani’s say “It is a honor to serve your people”.

BCF is registered charity by the Kurdistan Regional and Iraqi Federal Governments, it has been also granted permission by the United States. 

In April 2016, in a meeting in the UN Executive and Coordination Council, BCF became a member at the ECOSOC. It has been also recognized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait.

In April 2020, the charity officially registered by the British Charities Commission. 

Barzani Charity Foundation's humanitarian work crossed Kurdistan Region’s borders to the Iraqi state, Turkey, Syria, Serbia, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Bangladesh, Lebanon, Yemen, South Sudan and several other countries and regions. 

In the early of 2023, Barzani Charity Foundation was awarded ISO 9001:2015 certificate for the services, activities and donations the foundation offered.
