Head of Kurdistan Region Government's Department of Foreign met with newly appointed Ambassadors
Dizayee emphasized on working to enhance the relations between Kurdistan Region and Switzerland, as well as working on the bilateral and mutual interests.

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – Safeen Dizayee, the Head of the Kurdistan Region Government’s Department of Foreign Relations confirmed of having important meetings with senior officials and newly appointed Ambassadors, on Monday.
The meetings were held with Swiss Ambassador, and then later with the Spanish newly appointed Ambassador,
Dizayee emphasized on working to enhance the relations between Kurdistan Region and Switzerland, as well as working on the bilateral and mutual interests.
In a message that was posted by Dizayee through his formal X platform account saying “on starting his new job role, I congratulated the Swiss Ambassador, Daniel Hunn and wished him all the success with the new appointing responsibilities”

According to Dizayee’s word, there are ways to strengthen the bilateral relations between Switzerland and Kurdistan Region.
“We also exchanged views on the current issues in the region, wider regional changes in the Middle East, circumstances and stressed the importance of continuing to enhance the bilateral relations between both sides,” Dizayee added.
Afterward, in another X platform account he said "welcome to Ms. Alicia Rico Perez del Pulgar, the new Spanish Ambassador to Iraq, we discussed the current developments and political dynamics in the wider region, plus productive tenure and partnership to further strengthen our bilateral ties and cooperation"
