ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – Stephen Hitchen, the His Majesty's Ambassador to Iraq, participated at the MEPS Forum 2024 panel, on Friday, in the American University of Kurdistan (AUK) in Duhok.
During the panel discussion on the sidelines of the fifth MEPS forum at AUK, the Ambassador expressed his delightful feeling and highlighted many strong and good ideas were discussed in at the forum.
Discussing the ideas to make the region better, he stated “I also heard ideas on how we can have a better region, and we should always look at the strategic opportunities”
He stressed that they attach importance to their relations with the Kurdistan Region, and willing to protect UK interests with Iraq in different fields.
