New Documents show US explored by ancient Kurdish scientist, researcher

ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – With his 135-minute documentary film, which is already interpreted and translated into 22 languages, and published 474-page book, the Kurdish author, Mohammed Ali Salman shows that a Kurdish explorer and researcher had a role in exploring and discovering America before anyone else. 

Mohammed Ali Salman, 26, graduated from Soran University, holds a university degree in the International Relations, and the author of the book (Rais Piri, the Kurdish who discovered America), is very strongly supporting his belief about Rais Piri's journey of exploring.

In an interview with Kurdistan 24, Salman explained that he searched and worked very hard to reach to that stage.

The outcome Mohammed obtained from making a documentary film with his classmates' assistance, as well as a collective of research, studies and trustworthy sources, explains and proves why he believes the Kurdish scholar and explorer Rais Piri should be considered the first explorer who discovered what is now known as the United States of America. 

The documentary film as he stated in the interview, has been posted through the social network and platforms for example YouTube, it is translated into 22 worldwide famous languages, he highlighted "the documentary film impressed too many experts and researchers, and it's gone viral on the internet surfing" 

He further added "even NASA agency is amazed and shocked with Rais Piri's discovery, designs, making journey from Alaska to South Pole, measuring the snow and height of the icebergs, setting temperature for the south pole, drawing maps, mentioning names of rivers and mountains, identifying fish in the USA of that time"  

Since 2021, when Salman was doing his final year in the university, started writing his book about Rais Piri, he felt very passionate about this Kurdish explorer's work and designs, during the interview, Salman highly appreciated Piri's incredible journey and discoveries in the human history. 

He considered his work of making the documentary film and book, as academic recognized, they are also evidences for a Kurdish role in exploring American continent ways before others.
