ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Germany remains steadfast in its commitment to supporting Peshmerga reform, underlining long-term military cooperation and sustainable capacity building, according to Colonel Thomas Ritter, Commander of German Forces in Erbil.
In an interview with Kurdistan24 on Monday, Colonel Ritter emphasized Germany’s strategic approach to enhancing the capabilities of the Kurdish forces.
Highlighting the depth of the German-Peshmerga alliance, the commander reiterated the strong coordination between German forces and the Peshmerga in advancing comprehensive military reforms.
