Kirkuk Artist Agrin Dilshad Unveils Emotional New Music Video “Rojek Det”

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – After more than five years of dedicated artistic effort, Kurdish singer Agrin Dilshad has released his latest musical project, a powerful and reflective video clip titled “Rojek Det” (A Day Will Come), drawing attention for its deep social narrative and rich musical composition.

Speaking to Kurdistan 24, Agrin Dilshad described the new release as “a visually and emotionally compelling piece” that unfolds across four distinct storylines, each addressing sensitive and overlooked social realities.

“The video carries a message about appreciating those who are still with us,” he said. “It reminds us to value time shared with others and reflects on societal concerns that often go unnoticed.”

The Kirkuk-born artist emphasized that his aim was to encourage viewers to reflect on the unseen struggles of those around them and rethink societal judgments through the lens of empathy and awareness.

Musical Depth and National Collaboration

Dilshad revealed that producing “Rojek Det” was far from simple. “This work took years to come to life,” he noted. “Musically, it is one of my most layered projects, incorporating a wide range of instruments.”

The arrangement required detailed coordination, and a significant portion of the musical layering was composed and recorded by the artist himself. In a rare artistic choice, he also performed using two separate instruments, showcasing his musical versatility.

The production also featured the talents of professional sound engineers and was harmonized with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, adding a classical dimension to the emotional intensity of the piece.

The lyrics and melody were both written and composed by Dilshad, reinforcing his unique signature as both a vocalist and songwriter.
