KDP Vice President Congratulates Youth and Student Unions on Successful Congress

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) — Masrour Barzani, Vice President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP), extended his congratulations on Thursday to the Kurdistan Students Union and the Kurdistan Democratic Youth Union, following the successful conclusion of their recent congress.

In a message addressed to the Secretary and the Secretariat Bureau of both organizations, KDP Vice President praised their long-standing commitment to advocating for students’ and youth rights and described their contributions as a proud part of the Kurdistan Region’s national struggle.

Barzani emphasized the importance of building on this legacy in the current era, encouraging both unions to embrace innovation and scientific thinking. He expressed optimism that their future work would continue to empower young people and strengthen their role in shaping a progressive society.

The congress marked a new chapter for both organizations, which are seen as vital platforms for engaging the next generation in political, educational, and social development throughout the Kurdistan Region.
