ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – President Masoud Barzani, in a message released by Barzani Headquarters on Tuesday, expressed his gratitude to the Kurdish people for their resilience in the face of ongoing pressures.
"You are an example of loyalty and resilience; I am proud of you," President Barzani stated.
His message comes amid the Iraqi government's failure to disburse salaries and financial entitlements to the Kurdistan Region for over eighty days, which violates the constitution and the decisions of the Federal Supreme Court of Iraq.
