Kurdistan Racing Team Clinches Second Place in Italy and Netherlands, Eyes Victory in France
Isaac Tutumlu, a member of the Kurdistan Racing Team, achieved second place twice within three weeks.
ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – The Kurdistan Racing Team, sponsored by Visit Kurdistan, on Thursday secured second place in two car races in Italy and the Netherlands and is now preparing for their next competition.
Isaac Tutumlu, a member of the Kurdistan Racing Team, achieved second place twice within three weeks.
He represented the Kurdistan flag in both races: this week at the Misano World Circuit in Italy and two weeks ago in the Netherlands, where he also finished in second place.
Tutumlu and his team are getting ready for another major competition scheduled to take place in France in a few days, aiming to secure first place while flying the Kurdistan flag.
Tutumlu is a Spanish athlete of Kurdish descent from southeastern Turkey (Bakur), but grew up in the Spanish region of Catalonia, where he engaged in various sports activities, particularly car racing.
