Kurdistan Chronicle magazine features Iranian attack on Kurdistan Region

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – The latest edition of the Kurdistan Chronicle published on Sunday, features many cultural, political, and economic issues in the Kurdistan Region.

The cover of the magazine showcases Kurdish businessman Peshraw Dizayee who was killed in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) missile attack along with his daughter and two other guests on Jan.15. There are many articles and pictures about Dizayee in the magazine.

The magazine begins with an article by Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) Representative to the United States Treefa Aziz under the title ‘Telling the Story of Kurdistan in Washington: How We Can Strengthen the U.S.-Kurdistan Relationship?’

Then on page 14, Dutch journalist Wladimir van Wilgenburg discussed the Iranian missile attack in Erbil in an article titled ‘Investigation and Condemnation: Iran’s Ballistic Missile Strike on Kurdistan Region.’

Robin Bell, a marketing specialist, addressed Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani’s participation at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland under the title ‘PM Barzani Advocates Economic Growth and International Collaboration,’ on page 28 of the magazine.

“The primary focus of Prime Minister Barzani's visit was to boost exports, expand trade relations, and diversify the Kurdistan Region's economy, which has been traditionally reliant on oil,” Bell wrote.
