ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) - Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) President Nechirvan Barzani has issued a poignant message on the solemn occasion of the 36th anniversary of the chemical attack on Halabja, advocating for comprehensive compensation for victims of the former regime's atrocities in the Kurdistan Region.

President Barzani underlined the imperative for the Iraqi government to fulfill its obligations and ensure justice for the victims of the devastating attack.
