ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – In a message posted on social media platform X, KDP President Masoud Barzani expressed condemnation for the recent terrorist attack in Moscow, extending heartfelt solidarity with the Russian people and government.

"We strongly condemn last night's terrorist attack in Moscow which targeted innocent civilians. I offer my condolences to the families of the victims and we share the pain of the Russian people and government," President Barzani stated.

The attack occurred during a party in the city of Krasnogorsk near Moscow on Friday evening, resulting in the tragic loss of at least 60 lives, including children, and leaving 115 others wounded. The assailants' deliberate targeting of civilians has sparked outrage and sorrow both within Russia and internationally.
