Erbil inaugurates 16th International Book Fair

This year, the participating centers at the 16th International Book Fair are offering a 50% discount on books. As a result, it is expected that the number of readers will reach an all-time high this year.

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) - Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) President Masoud Barzani on Wednesday cut the inaugural ribbon of the 16th Erbil International Book Fair in the presence of several Kurdish officials.

The fair will run from today until April 27. The fair will feature participation from 300 publishing houses and broadcasting centers from 22 countries, showcasing a diverse collection of 1.5 million book titles.

This year, the participating centers at the 16th International Book Fair are offering a 50% discount on books. As a result, it is expected that the number of readers will reach an all-time high this year.

The fair is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
