ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) - The poet and story author Shnia Abdulmajid had an interview with the Kurdistan 24 on Saturday, talked about her latest printed and published book, also explaining her quietness was not to do with being inactive or not writing but only she was quiet on the print-and-publish side.

She stated “I have continued writing, but after writing my long and detailed novel (In the country of hell, where is love?) in 2008, I was more occupied by the reading, writing and life,”

“I selected some of my texts and collected in this book, got it printed and published for the readers of the literature. The tile of the book is A Woman In The Despondent Garden,” Shnia continued

According to Shnia’s view, it is a drop of an outcome of all those years of silence. She has written those texts to the most extended broad of feminine and female mind-thinking.

She has put a lot of effort in this book, even on to the book cover, she cautiously chose a picture of a woman to fully express the woman’s mind and feelings.

In addition to using the symbols and talismans in the verses, shnia believes there isn’t a strong fulfilling text if it has not the symbolic and talismanic elements.

“With a modern literature style, I have written my poems, it makes me glad my work is to be up to the writer’s, authors’ and all the classes’ interests,” She added.
