Iraqi Parliament scheduled its meeting for Sunday July 21st

According to the timetable the Finance, Industrial and Trade, Development and Investment, Economy and Legal boards and committees expected to attend tomorrow.

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – The Iraqi Parliament scheduled its meeting for Sunday July 21st 2024, and set the timetable for the second session of this week.

The Iraqi parliament’s Information and Media office announced the timetable for Sunday meeting in the second season of establishing legislation to assent the laws and rules.

One of the bills will be debated is the compensation introducing to victims of Baath’s regime.

According the agenda the boards and committees of Finance, Industrial and Trade, Development and Investment, Economy and Legal expected to attend the meeting.

The first dispute of the act 2 amendment that introduced Article of Iraqi National Monitoring Authority for atomic, chemical and biologicals reactions number 1 Year 2024 will be conferred by the Environment and Health Committee.

The Finance, Development and Investment and Legal committees will start the first dispute to the bill of Islamic Banks Investment cheques.

The last part of the meeting is expected to handle the second dispute to the bill of compensating the victims from Baath regime that was introduced by Martyrs, Victims and Political Imprisons Board.

It was 40 days the Iraqi Parliamentary Legislation Board was off and started its first meeting on Sunday July 20th.

It was reported that out of 229 MPs, only 171 attended and the meeting started after 30 minutes of its due time.
