WASHINGTON, United States (Kurdistan24) - Marlene Laruelle believes that it will be challenging for Europe to prevent further extremist attacks within its borders. Laruelle is a professor of International Affairs and Associate Director of the Institute for European, Russian, and Eurasian Studies (IERES) at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University in Washington, DC.
