The 13-year-old is being treated for cancer in an Erbil hospital. The unnamed young man’s wish was to be a police officer in the city of Erbil for a day, so the Police Directorate on Wednesday treated him to tours of the city and the Erbil Bazaar, all while he was equipped with a full uniform, including his own badge and police radio. The event was made possible by a joint effort of the police General Directorate and Kurdistan’s Save the Children organization.
