Cambridge institute, American Reconstruction Company attacked in Baghdad

American Reconstruction Company Caterpillar and British Cambridge Institute were attacked on Thursday after midnight in Baghdad.

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – The Iraq’s Security Media Cell ISMC announced the two attacks on the American company Caterpillar and British Cambridge in Jadriya  in Baghdad’s and in Palestine Street successively, happened on Thursday, after the midnight only 10 minutes between them.

ISMC in a statement revealed such attacks destabilize Iraq’s State security and to cause damage to the safety fame. Also, the cell added “Such attempts to cause instability to Iraq”.

 The ISMC confirmed that both of the attacks didn’t cause any casualties or material damages. Both attacks were by hand grenades.

The cell stressed that security forces and intelligence agencies will pursue and reach out all those who attempt to destabilize the security and peace in Iraq.

There was another attack, only a week before, targeting two fast food restaurants belong to the KFC Food Restaurant series in Palestine Street and Karrada.
