ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – On Thursday, KDP President Masoud Barzani met with Khamis al-Khanjar, head of the Sovereignty Alliance, and other Sunni leaders in Baghdad.

President Barzani attended a luncheon with Sunni leaders at the residence of Khamis al-Khanjar.

Later today, President Barzani is scheduled to meet with the ambassadors of Iran and Turkey, as well as the head of the Progress Party, Mohammed al-Halbousi.

President Barzani will conclude his visit this evening by meeting with Iraqi President Latif Rasheed and several party leaders at the Presidential Palace, before departing for Erbil from Baghdad International Airport.
