Building 60m and 30m roads in Duhok
Erbil (Kurdistan 24) – In an announcement on Thursday July 25th, the Ministry of Municipalities and Tourism of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) revealed that several 60m and 30m roads will be built in Duhok province.
The ministry affirmed such plan is within the framework by the Kurdistan Regional Government’s 9th Cabinet’s services.
Beside the implementation of urban developing and reconstruction in that area, decision has been made to build several roads 60m and 30m in Tanahi council border.
The total budget for this project allocated by the Kurdistan Region Government is 20 billion dinars, the project will take place under the Tanahi council presidency’s supervision of the Duhok municipality's General Directorate.
The project covers constructing of a 60m road and several other 30m in the Tanahi compound in Duhok province, in addition to mitigating traffic, it will give a nicer view to the whole city and areas around.
