WASHINGTON, United States (Kurdistan24) – Tom Kmiec, a Member of the Canadian Parliament, discuss the newly founded “Parliamentary Friends of the Kurds” group within the Canadian Parliament.

Kmiec expresses the Canadian Parliament's desire to build a "deeper relationship" with the people of Kurdistan.

Additionally, Kmiec explains that the purpose of the newly founded group is not only to develop and strengthen a relationship with the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) but also to build a relationship with the Kurdish-Canadian community.
