PM Barzani instructs Erbil Governor to investigate the causes of Erbil’s bazaar fire
ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani has instructed Erbil Governor Omed Khoshnaw to investigate the causes of the fire at the Langa bazaar in Erbil.
Prime Minister Barzani thanked the Fire Department, as well as police, security, traffic, health, and municipality teams for arriving at the scene early and for their efforts to control the fire.
The Prime Minister also expressed the government's readiness to assist the victims and instructed government agencies to do whatever is necessary.
On Tuesday evening, a large fire broke out at the Langa bazaar in Erbil.
According to a Kurdistan24 reporter, the fire broke out in the middle of the bazaar and firefighters requested assistance from other teams due to its size.
