ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – In an interview by Kurdistan 24 on Friday, Lieutenant Dler, the Commander of the Infantry Peshmerga forces the Third, said “the process is going ahead very peacefully” 

The ballot boxes were opened for the Infantry Peshmerga Forces in Kulajo Martyrs polling station, the infantry third is a joint force.

The Commander highlighted there was a fingerprint problem, and the Independent High Election Commission IHEC sorts them by setting a bypass plan, as well as he expressed his feeling that %50 voted.

Takhatty, which is an Arabic term given during the finger-reading, i.e. that would be allowed (bypass) in the system. For those who visited the registration centers and were approved as not having readable fingerprints, only these individuals are exempt from fingerprint verification.
