PM Barzani presents first Halabja license plate

Prime Minister Barzani, accompanied by a top Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) delegation, arrived in Halabja province on Thursday morning.

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani visited the Halabja Traffic Directorate on Thursday and presented the first license plate (23 A10000) to a resident of the city.

Prime Minister Barzani, accompanied by a top Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) delegation, arrived in Halabja province on Thursday morning.

The Prime Minister visited the Martyrs Monument and laid a wreath in the symbol of the Halabja martyrs.

Meanwhile, Barzani noted in the memorandum of the monument that: "I am honored to visit Halabja again. I ask God to bless the souls of the martyrs with paradise and cure the injured. We all endeavor that such crimes against the Kurdish people will not happen again.”
