ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) - Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) President Masoud Barzani on Monday met with Patrick Durel, the Ambassador of France, in Erbil.

In the meeting, where the general consulate of France Mr Yann Braem also participated, regional developments, political status and recent developments in Iraq were part of discussions, a statement from the Kurdish leader’s office read.

In the meeting, the French Ambassador to Iraq and his accompanying delegation conveyed their condolences to President Barzani on the death of Mrs. Zakia Mustafa Barzani, sister of President Masoud Barzani.
