KRG representation in France highly valued, Iraqi Ambassador in France

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) - The Iraqi ambassador to France emphasized the excellent relations between Iraq and the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) representation in France, stating that their presence is highly valued and essential.

A delegation from the KRG recently visited France with the aim of bolstering trade and banking ties between Erbil and Paris. During their visit, they also met with Iraqi Ambassador to France, Wadih Betty.

Following the meeting, the Iraqi ambassador expressed gratitude for the KRG's representation in France, underscoring its significance.

Highlighting the unity of purpose between the Iraqi and KRG missions in France, the ambassador stressed their collaborative efforts, including joint participation in various events and ceremonies.

He also mentioned the joint celebrations held in Paris, such as Newroz, illustrating the close relationship between the two entities. As a testament to this bond, preparations were underway for a Newroz celebration in the French parliament.
