WASHINGTON, United States (Kurdistan24) – Naomi Kikoler, the Director of Policy & Advocacy with the Global Center for the Responsibility to Protect, told Kurdistan24 that history proves that minorities have always been at risk, not only in the Middle East, but all around the world.

She believes that a political will is necessary to determine any case as a genocide.
