PM Barzani orders release of journalist
ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Friday ordered the release of journalist Omed Baroshki, according to a statement from Duhok Province.
Baroshki was previously arrested on several work-related issues.
The Kurdistan Regional Government on several occasions has stressed the unbiased judicial system and freedom of expression.
