ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – The annual Diplomats Championship, organized by the Kurdistan Region's Department of Foreign Relations, concluded in Erbil with exciting matches that showcased the competitive spirit of various consular teams.
In a thrilling showdown, the British Consulate General team emerged victorious over the Dutch Consulate General team, securing a decisive 6-1 win.
The British team’s strong performance highlighted their dominance throughout the match.
In another spirited game, the UN team defeated the Canadian Embassy Office team with a score of 5-3.
Both teams displayed commendable effort and sportsmanship, contributing to the vibrant and friendly atmosphere of the championship.
The head of Kurdistan Region's Department of Foreign Relations Safeen Dizayee was among the attendants of the championship, expressing his delight and highlighting the imporatnce of such events.
