ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) has met with officials from the Soran Independent Administration and laid the foundation stone for four major development projects.
The projects include a 40-meter two-sided road connecting the hall of events and the Freedom Martyrs, a city park, a national park, and the Soran gate overpass.
Following the foundation stone ceremony, Prime Minister Barzani inaugurated the "Miro Aqua-park in Shingelbana resort" located in the Rawanduz sub-district of the Soran Independent Administration. This project marks a significant addition to the region's recreational and tourism infrastructure.
These initiatives underscore the KRG's commitment to enhancing infrastructure and providing improved public amenities across the Kurdistan Region, despite ongoing economic and financial challenges.
