KRG transfers over 70 billion dinars in non-oil revenues to Federal Treasury
The statement further detailed that the General Directorate of Accounting at the Ministry of Finance and Economy facilitated the transfer to the bank account of the Federal Ministry of Finance at the Central Bank of Iraq's Erbil branch.
Erbil (Kurdistan 24) - On Monday, The Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Kurdistan Regional Government announced the transfer of more than 70 billion dinars of the region’s non-oil revenues to the federal treasury account.
In a statement, the ministry confirmed that on Sunday, June 30, 2024, a total of seventy billion, one hundred and thirty-one million, two hundred and fifty thousand dinars was transferred to the federal treasury account from the Kurdistan Region’s non-oil revenue share for March 2024.
The statement further detailed that the General Directorate of Accounting at the Ministry of Finance and Economy facilitated the transfer to the bank account of the Federal Ministry of Finance at the Central Bank of Iraq's Erbil branch.
