ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Friday congratulated Keir Starmer on his appointment as the new UK Prime Minister.
“Congratulations Sir @Keir_Starmer on being elected as the new UK Prime Minister,” the prime minister wrote in a post on X.

Keir Starmer is the leader of the Labour Party in the United Kingdom. He has been the party's leader since April 2020. He was previously the Shadow Secretary of State for Exiting the European Union in the Shadow Cabinet of Jeremy Corbyn.
