Graduates, health professionals stage protests in Dhi Qar, Baghdad
The Unified Coordination of Dhi Qar Graduates had called on satellite channels, media professionals, social media sites, and activists to "stand with the Dhi Qar protesters."

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – On Monday morning, dozens of graduates demonstrated in front of the Dhi Qar Governorate building, demanding employment.
The Unified Coordination of Dhi Qar Graduates had called on satellite channels, media professionals, social media sites, and activists to "stand with the Dhi Qar protesters from colleges and institutes to attend and deliver our voice to the concerned authorities," setting Monday morning as the demonstration date.
In Dhi Qar, citizens also blocked the road linking al-Fajr district and al-Rifa’i district, demanding that the street be paved.
Additionally, retirees from Dhi Qar held a peaceful gathering, demanding that Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani allocate plots of land to them according to constitutional regulations.
In the same context, dozens of health professionals demonstrated in front of the Ministry of Finance in Baghdad on Monday, demanding permanent appointments.

According to information obtained by Kurdistan24, approximately 250 contract health professionals gathered at the back door of the Ministry of Finance, calling for permanent positions within the Ministry of Health.
