ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – A Turkish drone strike on a vehicle near the town of Said Sadiq District in Sulaimani province has resulted in the deaths of three individuals. The vehicle is said to belong to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) militants, the Kurdistan Region Directorate General of Counter-Terrorism (CTD) confirmed.

Earlier on Friday, a security source had reported to Kurdistan 24 that a drone had struck a private car near the Said Sadiq-Halabja road in Sulaimani Governorate.
A Kurdistan24 correspondent at the scene confirmed that the car had three passengers, two of whom were killed, and the third severely injured.
The Sulaimani Asayish Directorate is currently investigating the incident and has assured that the details will be released once the investigation is complete.
