ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – On Friday, the Iraqi Security Forces reported that they have dealt a significant blow to ISIS remnants in Saladin province, successfully destroying three terrorist hideouts in the Tuz district.

The Security Media Cell announced the successful operation on Saturday, detailing how the "Air Falcons" utilized Cessna Caravan aircraft to target the hideouts at 6:00 am, based on precise intelligence from the General Directorate of Intelligence and Security.

The airstrike resulted in the complete destruction of the hideouts and the elimination of all terrorists within.

Security sources confirm that these locations were actively used to house ISIS militants and served as launching pads for attacks on security forces and civilians.

This decisive action underscores the Iraqi Security Forces' ongoing commitment to combating the persistent threat posed by ISIS remnants.

The successful operation in Tuz sends a clear message that terrorist groups will find no safe haven within Iraq.
