PM Masrour Barzani to announce completion of Project Bloom’s first phase, start of second phase

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani is set to hold a ceremony on Tuesday evening at 5:00 PM Erbil time to mark the completion of the first phase of Project Bloom and to announce the commencement of its second phase.
