ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – On Monday, Duhok Governor Ali Tatar delivered positive news to the passionate supporters of the city's football club, Duhok S.C. During a visit to the stadium, the governor reaffirmed the Kurdistan Regional Government's unwavering support for the team.

"We are here to demonstrate the Kurdistan Regional Government's continued commitment to this club," Governor Tatar stated. "This year, we will provide even greater assistance to Duhok."

Acknowledging the challenges faced by the club, Tatar explained that financial constraints had temporarily hindered the payment of the first part of the players' contracts. However, he assured fans that the necessary funds would be made available before the upcoming match.

Governor Tatar also highlighted the government's efforts to enhance sports infrastructure in Duhok.
