Best Kurdish football player was awarded by Kurdistan 24
Kurdistan 24 Sports Desk, in consultation with the special committee of players and coaches, awards the best players of the Iraqi Stars League on weekly base.
ERBIL, Kurdistan Region (Kurdistan 24) – The Naft Baghdad football club player, Ahmad Sabri was nominated the best player nationally and was awarded by Kurdistan 24 as the best player in the fourth round of the Iraqi Stars League, on Thursday, October 31st, 2024.
Kurdistan 24 Sports Desk, in consultation with the special committee of players and coaches, awards the best players of the Iraqi Stars League on weekly base.
Ahmad Sabri, a Kurdish player from Simel, scored a goal in the fourth round of the Iraqi Stars League and was named the Man of the Match.
This Kurdish star scored three goals in five matches, is the only player in the league to have been titled as the man of the match with three out of five matches.
Kurdistan 24 initiated such program to support the local athletes, and it is becoming the first media outlet in Kurdistan Region and Iraq offering that service.

Kurdistan 24 will cooperate with the Kurdistan Football Federation to present these awards on weekly base.
