"When you talk about a public policy, you have to talk about a government with electronic and digital influence” Afandi stated.
He furthermore, talked about Chinese silk, its influence is because of the technology it has, and the cheapness of that technology.
Worth mentioning, in the Kurdistan Region, at the beginning of the ninth cabinet, the Prime Minister, Masrour Barzani with a unique vision, to set a roadmap for digitizing the government.
