ERBIL (Kurdistan24) - In a significant diplomatic engagement in Hasaka, Rojava (Western Kurdistan and northeastern Syria, on Monday, Dr. Hamid Darbandi, the Kurdistan Region's Special Representative for Syrian Kurdish Affairs and President Masoud Barzani's envoy, met with Mazloum Abdi, Commander of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF).
