KNCS, Mazloum Abdi meet to strengthen unity and prepare joint strategy for Damascus

ERBIL (Kurdistan24) – In a significant step towards Kurdish unity, the Presidency of the Kurdish National Council in Syria (KNCS) held a meeting on Tuesday with Mazloum Abdi, the commander-in-chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). Faysal Yusuf, spokesperson for the KNCS, told Kurdistan24 that their meeting with SDF commander Abdi was “positive.” According to Yusuf, the two parties reaffirmed their dedication to working together as they prepare for future engagements with Damascus.
"Both sides emphasized that the Kurds would go to Damascus with a joint delegation and a common vision," Yusuf stated, highlighting the significance of this shared approach.
