During the meeting, President Barzani congratulated Kabayel on his recent victory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he claimed the World Boxing Council (WBC) interim heavyweight title in February 2025. The President praised Kabayel’s achievement as a source of pride for the Kurdish people and wished him continued success in his athletic career.
