ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) - Kurdistan Region Government Prime Minister Masrour Barzani extended his warmest congratulations on Tuesday to all Muslims in Kurdistan and the world on the occasion of Mawlid al-Nabi, the birthday of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, expressing hope that the occasion will deepen the culture of peaceful coexistence among Kurdistan's diverse components and strengthen brotherhood, peace, and cohesion among the peoples of the world.

"On the occasion of the birthday of the Prophet of Islam, the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, I extend my warmest congratulations to all Muslims of Kurdistan and the world," Masrour Barzani wrote in his message on Tuesday.

The prime minister expressed a forward-looking hope rooted in the values of the occasion. "I hope that the birthday of the Prophet, peace be upon him, will be a reason for deepening the culture of peaceful coexistence among the diverse components of Kurdistan, and brotherhood, peace, and cohesion among the peoples of the world," he said.
