Kurdistan Region President arrives in UAE, to meet Abu Dhabi Crown Prince
ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – Kurdistan Region President Nechirvan Barzani arrived Friday in the United Arab Emirates capital at the invitation of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, an Emirati official in Erbil said.

Speaking to the Kurdistan 24, Ahmed al-Dhaheri, the Emirati Consul General in Erbil, explained that the two leaders would meet on Saturday, noting the "the good relations" between the UAE and Iraq, especially the Kurdistan Region.
"The UAE is one of the first countries that invested in the Kurdistan Region, especially in the field of oil and gas, tourism... and other fields," Dhaheri said.
He added that the UAE seeks to increase its investments in the Kurdistan Region.
Earlier in the day, Kurdistan Region Prime Minister Masrour Barzani met with his Greek counterpart Kyriakos Mitsotakis as part of an extended trip to multiple European countries.
