Historic house opened for famous TV Kurdish soaps star

He participated in many famous TV dramas, plays and cinemas, for example Chlpow (Sludge), Mam and Zin, Khatw KlawZar (Lady Hat-worn), Habw Nabw (Once Upon A Time- Been or Not been), What’s To Do With The Tenancy Agreement! And The Old Door.

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – A historic house opened for the deceased Kurdish TV drama and soaps actor Jalal Bayar, who was born in 1947 and died on June 27, 2012 in Erbil city.

The drama and play actor Jamal Dilan in an interview with the Kurdistan 24 confirmed “In a grieving memory of my co-worker, brother and well clothed person in the play and drama, I have opened him an artistic history house, so to gather his archived and drama work. He served the Kurdish theatre, cinema-drama for very long period of time” 

Dilan, after got retired, gathered all of Bayar’s archived work and products in an exhibition in the memory of Jala Bayar.

“Now it is 12 years passed by his death, I decided to open a historic and graphical house to show up his work in the form photos with all the other celebrities in Erbil” He added.

The house locates in the Arab Ancient Avenue, it has a variety of Bayar’s photos and work, there are all other famous people and characters who are from the Erbil’s Qalat (the historic famous castle), Qaisary and Minara. The exhibition set up in the house, showing Bayar’s participation in the well-known plays and TV dramas since 1970s.

Jala Bayar successfully participated in many famous TV dramas, soaps and plays, for example: Chlpow (Sludge), Mam and Zin, Khatw KlawZar (Lady in Hat), Habw Nabw (Once Upon A Time -Been or Not been), What’s To Do With The Tenancy Agreement! And The Old Door.

The first TV drama production he cast in was Marayi (Engagement money-gift to the female), and the last one he participated in was the famous historic and political TV drama Gardalul (Hurricane). He couldn’t carry on, his death stopped him from continuing his role in that drama.
