Petrol vehicles crashed in north of Kurdistan

The Turkish traffic police announced that an investigation file opened to examine and scrutinize the incident.

ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – A two carry-petrol vehicles crashed in a distance of 51 Km away from the highway between Rha-Dilok in the northern part of Kurdistan, on Tuesday night. The Turkish media covered the accident thoroughly, and a huge explosion and fire resulted from the two petrol-carriers.

It is reported that one of the drivers who is called Umer Bagtur died in the collision. The area was set on fire, it caused a serious damage to the area and all around. Fire brigade, police, emergency services attended the scene, it is said firefighters could control the fire.

The roads were closed down around 5 km along the area where the incident occurred in. In order to find out the reason behind that accident, the Turkish traffic police announced that an investigation file opened to examine and scrutinize the collision.
